Terms of Service

These terms summarize how we work with clients of Ülgen Co. The actual contract you sign before a project may contain additional, project-specific terms that take precedence.

Scope of service

Ülgen Co designs, builds and maintains custom e-commerce websites. The monthly fee covers hosting, security updates, monitoring, backups, the standard e-commerce feature set, and small monthly design / content updates.

Payment

Setup is $0. The monthly fee is invoiced in advance, monthly. Significant new features (e.g. WhatsApp bot, marketplace sync, B2B portal) are quoted separately before any work starts.

Cancellation

No commitment. You can end the contract at any time with 30 days' written notice. We will export your store content (products, images, customer data) in standard formats and hand it over to you.

Intellectual property

The design we create for your brand is licensed for your exclusive use. Open-source components retain their original licenses. Trademarks and brand assets you provide remain your property.

Liability

We do our best to keep your store online and secure, but we cannot be held liable for losses caused by third-party services (payment providers, shipping carriers), force majeure events, or misuse of the admin panel by your team.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance.
